Museum of Electricity

Museum of Electricity

Housed in a traditional building in the village, opposite the car park of the church.

 

You will find the discovery, the technical past and the applications of electricity.

Its objective is to enable visitors and schoolchildren to rediscover electricity, from its production to its various uses, through objects that date back to the beginning of the 20th century. .

  Electricity, a science:

You will discover electricity and its many applications :, measuring devices (voltmeter, ammeter, wattmeter).

For the house: From the toaster to the washing machine or the iron (exhibition of the first appliances put on the market).

In the countryside: Baratte, skimmer, apple mill with their electric motors and also the 1st electric shepherds.

Rail: Many signaling and railway telephones in working order, some more than a century old.

Measuring instruments, agricultural implements, railway signs, toys, household appliances, etc.

You can operate some devices.
